Flying Mac released the FarFinder 1.1 with Spotlight and iSight support. FarFinder accessing your Mac’s files from anywhere easily (just like Mac OS X Leopard’s Back to My Mac feature). Also, all you needed thing is a web browser for it. With this software, you can access any file on any operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac) from your Finder menu and you can search with Spotlight. You don’t see your files with only list mode. You can download and upload your files, also you can Preview them all with FarFinder easily.
Another innovation comes with latest version which iSight feature. You can see who’s using your Mac or just keep an eye on what’s happening on it. All these process making with safe connection at that time. Also, this software includes a special interface for iPhone and iPod Touch. It gives you access to your Mac with your iPhone or iPod Touch absolutely anywhere.
FarFinder is universal binary and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later operating systems. It’s selling for $35. It also supports the Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Camino web browsers. If you need to Back to My Mac feature, 10.4 users should try it. Also, Leopard users should try it soon. Because, you must have two different Mac and Mobile Me ($100 value), if they need to use the Back to My Mac feature on their Macs anyway.
