Adobe just Released the Lightroom 2.0 for Mac

Adobe just released the Lightroom 2.0 for MacAfter Apple’s Aperture 2.1.1 update, Adobe just released the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.0 finished version today, it was beta release since a few months. There are some new features on it. Streamlined Organization and Worfklow, Localized Correction, Smart Collections, developed Organization tools, multiple monitors, keyword suggestions, developed Photoshop CS3 support and print settings… All these new features come with Lightroom 2.0 for you.

Lightroom 2.0 have great feature which its first Mac software on Adobe’s 64-bit (Intel) architecture. Also, Adobe has been announced the SDK for developers. Developers can develop 3rd party components for Lightroom now, like on Aperture.

Lightroom 2.0 is universal binary and requires the Mac OS X 10.4 or later operating systems. It’s selling for $300. 1.x users have to pay $100 to upgrade on new release. As usual, you can download the trial version of this software. Adobe insist on high prices with their products but new features are so satisfactory.
